Poland Tour

Poland, officially the Republic of Poland, is a country located in Central Europe. It is divided into 16 administrative provinces, covering an area of 312,696 km2 (120,733 sq mi), and has a largely temperate seasonal climate. Poland has a population of nearly 38.5 million people, and is the fifth-most populous member state of the European Union. Warsaw is the nation's capital and largest metropolis. Other major cities include Krakow, Lodz, Wrocklaw, Poznan, Gdansk and Szczecin.

Day One: Arrive Warsaw                                                                                                                                                                  (flight not included)

After clearing Customs and Immigration, and collecting your baggage, please look for our local representative holding a placard in your name to assist and transfer you to the hotel.

Overnight: Novotel Centrum Hotel  or similar  (Standard Room) - Meals: None

Day Two: Warsaw

Early breakfast at the hotel.

Pick up from the hotel lobby and proceed for a Half day tour of Warsaw, including the Royal Route with all its famous statues, buildings and churches, the Royal Lazienki Park with F. Chopin’s monument and the Old Town area with the Royal Castle Square, St John’s Cathedral, the Old Town Market Square

Rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight: Novotel Centrum Hotel  or similar Standard Room) - Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day Three: Warsaw - Gdansk

Pick up from hotel in Warsaw and make your fascinating trip to Gdansk.

Arrive Gdansk and check into the hotel.

Rest of the day at leisure

Overnight: Mercure Old Town (Hevelius) Hotel  (Standard Room)  or similar  - Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day Four: Gdansk 

Pick up from the hotel lobby and proceed for a half day sightseeing tour of Gdansk. Visit the Old Town in Gdansk: Dluga Street, Neptun Fountain, Artus Court.

Drive to Oliwa to visit the Oliwa Cathedral famous from Rococo pipe-organ. Free time in the afternoon.

Day Five: Gdansk - Malbork - Torun 

Early breakfast at the hotel.

Check out and proceed on your drive to Torun via Malbork. Visit of imposing Teutonic Knights’ Castle in Malbork.

Afternoon sightseeing of Torun – guided tour of the Old Town, unique example of Gothic architecture: churches, burgher’s houses, defensive walls. Statue of Nicolaus Copernicus and Town Hall in Old Town Market Square. 

Overnight: Mercure Centrum (Helios) (Standard Room)  or similar Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day Six: Torun - Wroclaw 

Breakfast at the hotel.

Check out of the hotel and proceed on your drive to Wroclaw.

Arrive and check into the hotel.

In the afternoon sightseeing of  Wroclaw – guided tour of Old Town with the tenement houses and Town Hall on the Market Square, visit to Ostrow Tumski – the oldest part of the city.

Overnight: Park Plaza (Standard Room)  or similar  Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day Seven: Wroclaw - Czestochowa - Krakow 

Breakfast at the hotel.

Check out of the hotel and proceed on your drive to Krakow via Czestochowa. Visit to Jasna Gora Monastery in Czestochowa with the Black Madonna.  

After the visit, proceed on your drive to Krakow.

Arrive and check into the hotel

Day Eight: Krakow

Pick up from the hotel lobby and proceed on your half day tour of Krakow including the Old Town area with the Barbican, Florianska Gate and Collegium Maius courtyard (Jagiellonian University, one of the oldest in Europe), Old Town Market Square with the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) and entrance to St Mary’s Church.

Free time in the afternoon, optional trips available.

Day Nine: Krakow

Breakfast at the hotel.

Pick up from the hotel lobby and proceed on your half day tour of Auschwitz - visit former Nazi concentration camp of WWII

Auschwitz – in the years 1940-1945 - the biggest Nazi concentration and death camp in occupied Europe. Situated at a distance of 70 km from Cracow in the town of Oswiecim. The Auschwitz Memorial Museum (founded in 1947) was included in the UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1979.

Day Ten: Depart Krakow                                                                                                                                                     (flight not included)

Breakfast at the hotel.

12:00 noon check out of the hotel and transfer to the Balice airport to board your onward flight.
